Our Online Casino Dealers are the face of our product and an essential part of what makes our games unique. The role therefore puts high demands on both game technique and service level in the interaction with the players.
The role of our Online Casino Dealers is just what it sounds like. It is the same base tasks as for a casino dealer at a land-based casino, but in a protected and closed environment where all player interaction is through the camera lens. This means that the expectations on the presentation of the game are very high. We provide the player with more than an opportunity to gamble, we provide an online gambling experience. And our Online Casino Dealers are in the forefront of that.
We don’t require any specific work experience or skills for this role, but we need you to be service-minded with strong work ethics and that you are open to learn new things. You spend your first two weeks of your journey with us in our Evolution Academy where we teach you game technique and the presentability skills that you need to be camera-ready when you go in to the studio for work.
