Evolution is not just a working place for me, it’s my second home for more than 10 years already. I started my career here as a Game Presenter, then enjoyed being a Trainer and passing my experience the newcomers.
Afterwards, became a Shuffler’s Team manager and supported Shuffler’s Team for a few years. As I always was a communicative and social person, I decided to become a part of the HR Team and now I am working here as Talent Acquisition Specialist, getting my experience in mass recruitment processes, operations
projects, as well as opening in the world of the business support vacancies.

My journey to Evolution started in 2018 with an invitation from my university mate who was working as a Game Presenter. Like many young people, I didn’t think about my career at that time, I was just looking for a job that would allow me to combine it with my studies. A pleasant surprise for me was the friendly atmosphere and the work itself, which did not interfere with the development of my life. As time went on, I started looking for a place to grow in my career and I found another great advantage in Evolution – the opportunity to grow without previous work experience. And so, 6 years later, with a master’s degree in social psychology, surrounded by experienced professionals, I get practical experience in working with people and grow as a professional.
My journey in Evolution started as a Game Presenter in October 2021, when I decided to combine work with my bachelor’s studies. I had a school friend who already worked here and invited me as well. After a year I decided to take the next step by applying for positions in the Human Resources department, as it was my study field. In October 2022 I got accepted as an Additional in the Talent Acquisition Team, shortly after taking part in Positivus festival as a promoter. Now I’m a proud main team member and motivated to continue improving my personal and professional skills. I’m also humble and affectionate. Along with the desire to see the best in people, unfailingly kind, always willing to help and make your journey more exciting.

Morning (7am-3pm) Afternoon (3pm-11pm) and Night (11pm-7am).
What level of English is required for Game Presenter position?
For this role you need to be able to hold a conversation in English.
Do I need to speak Latvian to work as a Game Presenter?
No, you only need to be able to hold a conversation in English.
Will Evolution provide full training?
Yes, both Shuffler and Game Presenter positions get a fully paid training.
Where is Evolution located?
Evolution Studio is located on Brīvības street 151, Riga, Latvia.
Is the work uniform provided?
Yes.
Is it possible to work from home?
No, as a Game Presenter or Shuffler it is only possible to work from the studio.
What languages do I need to speak to work as a Shuffler?
This role does not have specific language requirements, only the ability to communicate in either Latvian or Russian.
If I start as a Shuffler, can I later become a Game Presenter?
Absolutely! Shufflers can join our “Shuffler to Game Presenter” program, which includes professional and language training to prepare for the new role.
