Video Specialist is responsible for project builds and ongoing video support of our studios’ gaming floor environments.
- Plan, set up, install, and maintain the placement of studio cameras, as well as all related video components and infrastructure (cameras, lenses, camera mounts, video processing unit connections, associated cables and connectors, mounts and related equipment, etc.).
- Establish and improve installation and maintenance processes related to video.
- Collaborate with management and other departments, report on and make recommendations regarding video related issues, procedures, improvements, and quality control.
- In addition to the main video responsibilities, assist in the general construction and maintenance of the studios and associated elements (game tables, low voltage cabling, lighting, decorative elements, studio floor infrastructure, etc.).
- Assist in establishing and improving work processes, resource planning, time and materials management, etc.
- Plan tasks and delegate them to other team members as needed and appropriate. Attend planning meetings when required.
- Understand and comply with regulations (gaming regulations, Evolution policies, safety instructions, etc.), guide colleagues in compliance, and report areas requiring attention to the Team Lead or Manager.
- Request, order, maintain, and be responsible for the necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
- Assist the Team Lead in demonstrating proper procedures and techniques.
- Occasionally assist in preparing and providing required reports, as well as any necessary information for team members and other departments.
- Stay informed about the latest video standards, develop improvement plans, and implement changes accordingly.
- Perform other job related tasks as requested by the Team Lead or Manager.
- Provide general and occasional remote support for the construction and maintenance of video and LED lighting systems in other studios in the region, if needed.
- Capable of performing eventual Lightning and visual media duties in the gaming environments.
