The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities for high volume candidate groups monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle recruitment process for high volume candidates
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews
- Coordinate background check and gaming board application process
- Help lead new hire orientation, checking paperwork and presenting as required
- Update internal tracking systems
- Weekly reporting of recruiting results
- Participate in process improvement for Talent Acquisition Department
- Support Human Resources with administrative and employee related matters when needed
- Participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events
