- Adjust and alter uniforms according to individual measurements, including taking in or letting out garments
- Adjust length of dresses, skirts, trousers, sleeves, and jackets
- Modify waistlines, shoulders, cuffs, and hems
- Perform tailoring repairs, including seams, zippers, buttons, hooks, and fastenings
- Repair minor fabric damage caused by wear and tear
- Ensure alterations meet company quality and appearance standards
- Work with various uniform types, including dresses, trousers, shirts, blazers, and vests
- Follow approved design guidelines and avoid unauthorised modifications
- Maintain a clean and organised tailoring workspace
- Handle, label, and track uniforms during the alteration process
- Communicate with the Uniforms team regarding timelines and garment issues
- Support sustainability by extending garment usability

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress
- Proven education in alteration
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and alteration techniques
- Ability to work with different fabrics and designs
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in high-volume alteration environments
- ability to work office hours 9:00 -18:00
- ability to use sewing machines and tailoring tools
- ability to work on site
- must speak English or Russian
