Job Description

We’re opening our first studio in Brazil—and we’re looking for an Academy Manager to lead our Internal training center in São Paulo.
As the Academy Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our team of Trainers ensuring that all training operations are aligned with business needs, performance standards, and company goals.

You’ll play a key role in developing talent, maintaining high training quality, optimizing resources, and building a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to successfully onboard and develop high-performing Game Presenters and support our studio’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Evolution Academy strategy annually in line with business priorities
  • Oversee EA operations and ensure alignment with budget targets
  • Maintain and improve training programs and trainer qualifications
  • Set and track performance targets for the training team
  • Analyze and address gaps in training effectiveness
  • Manage and approve monthly trainers' schedules
  • Collaborate closely with Floor Management, HR, and other departments
  • Partner with HR to assess the quality of new hires and provide timely feedback.
  • Provide recommendations on training staff numbers, rotation, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural standards
  • Deliver the required number of trained staff, ensuring high newcomer performance

Additional Information

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Experience in Gaming industry will be seen as an advantage 
  • Experience as a corporate or skills trainer will be seen as advantage 
  • Good leadership and collaboration skills 
  • Analytical and result-oriented personality 
  • Good time management, planning and organizational skills
