Summary:
Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining uniform service and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and delivering new uniforms, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and maintaining accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Providing daily uniform service: ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning, moderate sewing and utilization.
- Uniform inventory management: perform regular inventories, ensure tidiness in storage and laundry facilities.
- Manage annual budgeting for uniform-related expenses, ensuring they stay within the budget and forecast for the following year based on business needs.
- Ensure that GPs' uniforms meet appearance standards during shifts, offering necessary assistance or adjustments as needed.
- Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations to ensure availability, distribution and retrieval of uniforms from employees joining/leaving the company.
- Analyzing and resolving quality and processing concerns.
- Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining inventory of all uniforms.
- Work with internal systems (SST, JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos etc.)
- Develop and maintain internal documentation for Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with general Company policies and support business needs.
- Communication with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations on uniform designs and expected delivery of new uniforms.
- Potential revamping of the existing uniforms in compliance with general Company policies and Operational needs.
- Performing other duties, as requested by the direct manager, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications.
