We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in mass recruitment, especially in sales or retail, to help us open and grow our brand-new studio in vibrant São Paulo. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, using various sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent.
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and support their implementation
- Lead large-scale hiring campaigns while ensuring alignment with role requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to meet talent acquisition goals.
- Screen and assess incoming applications from multiple sources; coordinate and lead interviews
- Maintain and update recruitment records in internal systems.
- Advertise vacancies through various channels and liaise with external recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other external talent sources; represent the company at events and other outreach initiatives.
- Work alongside Employer Branding team to identify the most effective talent attraction strategies.
