We are looking for someone to deal with different tasks assigned for the duration of the shift and provide professional service to the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all tables are operational without interruptions.
- Handle all real-time incidents on the gaming floors related to the following components of operations: hardware, software, and connection.
- To fix game irregularities on the tables: Game Presenters’ mistakes and software issues.
- To prepare shift reports for the Management.
Requirements:
- Quick thinking and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in stressful situations.
- Ability to work different shifts.
- Good English skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic PC software knowledge and excellent command of Microsoft Office products in particular.
- Work experience in Evolution for at least 6 months.
- High amount of game knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
