- Act as a true brand ambassador and be the role model for our culture, values and people agenda, and champion our Employee Value Proposition
- Educate, engage, and mobilise employees and leaders in all matters related to employee engagement, performance and development
- Drive and safeguard a diverse and inclusive environment that sets people up for success
- Work closesly with employer branding and internal communications to ensure alignment and consistency
- Be part of the design and implementation of a compelling employee experience journey that supports attraction and retention initiatives to match both our Gen Z workforce and our support functions
- Design a people and culture strategy that is relevant and supportive of stakeholders needs and is evidenced in reporting and tracking metrics to measure ROI
- Facilitate a leadership capability curriculum for leaders across all levels and functions with a hands-on and tailored approach
- Facilitate talent and performance management, and succession planning with senior management
- Develop success profiles for roles required to meet company needs and to support business strategy
- Act as a senior advisor and coach to business leaders and stakeholders in matters related to culture and the employee cycle
- Keep up with market trends and best practices in employee experience, engagement and leadership, and share your knowledge and insights with stakeholders at all levels – while continuously driving improvements and responding to changing business needs.
- Maximise usage and value offered by existing (and new) learning platforms, tools, solutions, and methods, including online/digital learning systems, social learning, and on-the-job training.
