I have been with Evolution for almost five years. I started as a Game Presenter and grew into a Trainer, then Senior Trainer role.
Evolution was my first full time job after college. I originally saw it as a step toward a teaching career, but as I grew here, I realized I was already doing what I love: teaching, coaching, and helping others develop.
I also serve in the New Jersey Army National Guard as an Observer, Coach, and Trainer, which has strengthened my passion for guiding and supporting others. Both roles allow me to help people grow, and that is what I find most rewarding.

How much can I earn as a Game Presenter?
Game Presenters earn minimum $17/hr ($7/hr base rate + guaranteed tip floor $10/hr), Player tips are unlimited. In addition, there’s a monthly bonus and a $1/hr raise after 3 months.
Do I need experience to get started?
No experience is necessary, we provide paid training.
How does the paid training program work?
You are expected to commit to two consecutive weeks of academy training, there you will be trained on our live casino games & streaming equipment.
What shifts and schedule options are available?
Full time and Part time, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
