“When I started, the creative bar was already so high, and my knowledge at the time was minimal,” Artur recalls. “I had to learn fast. Adapt quickly. Because what we created would be seen all over the world.”

And with good reason. The visuals created at Evolution don’t just support a campaign—they define how games are presented to players across markets. Artur’s first major moment came in 2017, when he saw his work featured at ICE, one of the largest global iGaming trade shows.

“I was so proud… and honestly, scared. Scared that everyone was seeing something I made.”

That fear wasn’t misplaced. The stakes in Artur’s work are massive. Take Lightning Roulette—one of Evolution’s most successful games. For its original launch, Artur was responsible for all of the videos and photos. The shoot had plenty of prep time—and the content was flawless. It’s been used globally ever since.

Years later, he was tasked with a reshoot to refresh assets for clients. But this time? He had just two hours to get it right.

“Imagine standing on the world’s most profitable roulette set—and being told it’s yours for just two hours. No pressure, right?”

What made it even more intense was the scale of Lightning Roulette. The version Artur was reshooting was streamed to thousands of players simultaneously, globally. It’s not just content for internal use—it’s the face of a product used and trusted worldwide.

But despite the high pressure and long-lasting impact of his work, Artur sees the reward in it all.

“We don’t just make content for a campaign,” he says. “We make content that lasts. That represents the brand to the world. And sometimes, that comes with pressure—but it also comes with a deep sense of pride.”
