Now imagine that but on camera, streamed live to players around the world from a professional broadcasting studio. That’s where Game Presenters come in.
At Evolution, Game Presenters are at the heart of what we do. They are the faces you see on screen welcoming players, hosting games, and creating a dynamic live experience that feels AS REAL AS IT GETS.
But who are Game Presenters? And what is it like to step into this role at Evolution Canada? Let us take you behind the scenes.
What Does a Game Presenter Do?
A Game Presenter is like a TV host or presenter but with a twist. The content are classic casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, or even exciting Game Shows, and the viewers are real players online.
As a Game Presenter, you will:
- Entertain and interact with players through a live stream
- Present and run live casino games with confidence, clarity, and personality
- Learn and follow the rules and flow of multiple games
- Stay camera-ready and professional throughout time on screen
- Work in a fast-paced studio environment
You don’t need any casino experience to start, just great communication skills and a positive attitude. We provide fully paid training to help you gain the skills and confidence you need.
All new Game Presenters go through fully paid, on-site training at our Academy where you’ll learn:
- How each game works and how to run it smoothly
- How to speak clearly and confidently on camera
- How to handle different game situations and follow procedures
- Camera presence, hand movements, and game flow
- Apart from gaming skills, you will also gain interesting knowledge like how to spot problem gambling and protect people from potential negative consequences. You will also gain exposure to topics like information security, how to spot money laundering and report suspicious activity.
You’ll also get your own uniform and hair/makeup guidance and allowance to help you feel confident on screen. Apart from these, we offer many other fantastic benefits.
What is it like working as a Game Presenter?
Every day is different.
You will rotate through various games, work with a dynamic studio team, and be part of a multicultural environment where teamwork and energy matter.
Many of our Game Presenters say this is the most fun, unique, and confidence-building job they’ve ever had, especially for those who’ve studied acting, broadcasting, or simply love performing and connecting with people. It’s also about delivering a great player experience, which requires strong customer service skills.
Many of our Game Presenters bring this expertise from past roles such as baristas, servers, or retail and sales associates.

Majority from our management team began as Game Presenters and they have since grown into operations-critical roles such as Team Managers, Floor Supervisors, Service Support, Human Resources, and many more.
