We’re kicking off 2026 with something truly special, and that is the energy of 1,000 passionate EVOlutioneers across our studios in Canada.
From the people you see on camera to the many more working behind the scenes, this milestone reflects the heart of who we are, and a team built on trust, opportunity, and unstoppable momentum.
From One Studio to a Thousand Strong
Back in 2018, we opened our first studio in Vancouver, a moment that marked Evolution’s first major expansion outside of Europe. What started as a small but ambitious team quickly became a cornerstone of growth in the region, setting the stage for what would become a thriving Canadian operation.
Since then, we’ve:
- Grown to two studios in British Columbia and added new gaming floors
- Expanded our partnerships and earned the trust of new clients across the country
- Embraced Canada’s diversity to offer live games in six languages: English, French, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin and Vietnamese
- Created thousands of jobs and career paths for people from all walks of life
- Built a culture that’s proudly Canadian, diverse, driven, and ready for more

While we’re celebrating 1,000 strong here in Canada, we’re also part of something much bigger.
Evolution is now over 20,000 employees strong, spanning 40+ global locations. And whether you’re in Riga, Madrid, or Vancouver, there’s one thing we all share: the ambition to grow, the pride in doing things well, and a culture built on trying to be just a little better every day.
We’re humbled to be part of this global operation, and proud to contribute our unique Canadian energy and excellence to it.

Growing with our Clients
In 2026, we’re excited to continue expanding our presence across Canada, with new client partnerships on the horizon.
From our journey which started with British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), we’ve steadily expanded across Canada, partnering with AGLC, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), Loto-Québec, and most recently, Atlantic Lottery in 2024. Each partnership reflects our continued commitment to delivering a stable, responsible, and high-quality live gaming experience, and we’re excited to keep growing alongside our clients in 2026 and beyond.

Here in Canada, more than 70% of our Floor Management team started as Game Presenters, proof that growth isn’t just a possibility at Evolution, it’s built into the culture.
