When I joined EVO 1.5 years ago, the studio had just opened its doors — everything was new, full of potential, and so was I. Since then, I’ve grown more than I could’ve imagined, both professionally and personally.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the chance to take on new challenges and step into new roles — all while pursuing a demanding medical degree. None of this would have been possible without the constant flexibility and unwavering support from my team, and especially from my Team Leader, who always made sure I never felt alone in the process.
What sets EVO apart is the genuine care that flows through every level. No matter how challenging things got, there was always someone ready to lift me up. I’ve never felt like just a number here — I’ve felt seen, trusted, and truly empowered.
EVO gave me a space to thrive, and I’ll always be grateful for the memories, growth, and people that made this chapter so meaningful.

My name is Andrea, and my career journey with Evolution began in May 2024 as an English-speaking Game Presenter. I chose Evolution because it’s a place where I can truly be myself and still have time for the things I love, thanks to the flexibility we’re offered. Just nine months into my journey, I was promoted and am now proud to be a Trainer at the Evolution Academy.
