A Taste of what you will be doing:
- Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database and referrals.
- Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
- Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues
- Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients.
- Main focus: Ownership & Stewardship of Nordic Markets Talent acquisition and hiring ensuring recruitment best practice in the selection process
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, updating systems, posting job ads, and working with external agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Stay up to date with industry best practices in recruitment and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
- Help develop and apply ways to attract and select the right candidates, in line with company goals and market trends.
