- Contribute to the development and execution of internal initiatives, ensuring strong employee engagement and retention
- Own and manage internal communication projects in collaboration with the Employer Branding and Communications Manager
- Lead internal communications across multiple channels, including EVO Chat, kiosks, email, and other platforms
- Plan and manage internal events and employee-focused initiatives
- Create visual content using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint; video editing skills will be considered a plus
- Collaborate closely with HR and Operations teams to align communication and retention strategies
- Work with Operations to ensure their needs and priorities are reflected in internal initiatives
- Stock management of various gifts to employees
- Coordinate regularly with third parties, including external agencies, partners, and suppliers (e.g., photographers, videographers, and graphic designers) for employer branding and communication initiatives
- Allocate budget and report on retention efforts
- Support the Employer Branding and Communications Manager for recruitment campaigns, to position the company as a top employer and attract new talent, including participation in campaign creation, visual materials & messaging, social media, influencers, external events and partnerships
