As our HR Administrator, you will form part of the Brazil HR function and will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Preparing and amending necessary HR documents, (i.e. employment contracts, all contract changes etc.)
- 1st Line Support on general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave, etc)
- Updating and maintaining internal HR systems
- Uploading documentation on internal systems
- Maintenance of employee personal files
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics
- Reviewing and renewing company policies
- Maintenance of the job description folder
- Coordinate and maintain Health & Safety processes
- Participate in other HR projects
- Assist with the work permit processes
