We are hiring: HR administrator

Job Description

As our HR Administrator, you will form part of the Brazil HR function and will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day tasks. 

Responsibilities

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Preparing and amending necessary HR documents, (i.e. employment contracts, all contract changes etc.)
  • 1st Line Support on general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave, etc)
  • Updating and maintaining internal HR systems
  • Uploading documentation on internal systems
  • Maintenance of employee personal files 
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies 
  • Maintenance of the job description folder
  • Coordinate and maintain Health & Safety processes
  • Participate in other HR projects
  • Assist with the work permit processes

Qualifications

  • Obtained or incomplete higher education in a related field; 
  • Similar or equivalent work experience of 3+ years; 
  • Overall knowledge about HR processes and best practices;  
  • Knowledge of local legal regulations; 
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Portuguese (Brazilian); 
  • High sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and attentiveness to the details; 
  • Pro-active approach and excellent time management skills; 
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team; 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
