Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Payroll Specialist. While payroll is managed externally by a partner organization, this role will serve as the internal point of reference for all payroll and operational expense matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a controller’s mindset, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal controller for payroll and operational costs.
- Review and verify payroll data received from partner organization from a financial control perspective.
- Monitor and validate all operational expenses.
- Review and control reimbursable expenses
- Serve as the go-to person for the verification and approval of payroll and cost-related matters.
- Perform statistical analyses to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to track performance and anomalies.
- Investigate discrepancies, provide resolutions, and coordinate closely with Evolution HR and partner organization who handles the payroll.
- Collaborate with teams across different locations (Taipei & Cebu) to ensure consistent financial practices.
