The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the local Talent Acquisition team that will be supporting local Operations and Business Support functions. The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with managers in all Talent Acquisition matters, including, but not limited to, providing strategic TA support to the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategy as well as manage already implemented initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding
- Be responsible for recruiting key senior positions for the senior leadership team
- Provide comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, ensuring effective talent attraction according to the company’s objectives and compliance requirements
- Manage and develop TA advertisement strategy, including sourcing and job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, and digital and non-digital platforms
- Develop and control the Talent Acquisition budget
- Lead, develop, and grow the TA team to include the implementation of development plans, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, review and update performance-related incentives, and secure overall work quality
- Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding talent acquisition decisions and the quality of hires
- Working together with the Employer Branding team to develop the overall employee experience process in line with the employer branding strategy
- Manage employee onboarding and retention projects (including engagement surveys)
- Use exit interview data and, together with the TA team, proactively implement preventive actions; Analyze the outcome of Engagement Surveys reports and create strategies and follow-up action plans based on findings to promote a great place to work
- Partner with the various HR teams to work on complex HR projects cross-functionally
- Partner with the HR team on various day-to-day operational needs within the teams
- Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements as required
- Actively identify gaps and implement changes necessary to cover risks
