As our new Product Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Portfolio team. Reporting to the Lead Product Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our award-winning games and managing it throughout their lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget (estimated cap hours) with high efficiency and full transparency of dependencies, and risks.
- Leading Agile ceremonies, owning the backlog, leading the team, managing timelines, and budgets (hours), uncovering and unblocking any issues along the way.
- Working closely with stakeholders and other departments (Product Owners, Design, Studio, Certifications, Marketing, Operations, Commercials, etc.) on priorities and requirements and translate them into milestones for your game team.
- Having a long-term vision of the planning and maintaining the workload of the team, creating team’s quarterly OKR and roadmap for 6-12 months in collaboration with stakeholders (CPO, Design, Studio, Certifications, Commercials, etc).
- Guaranteeing transparency and clear visibility of expectations from your team.
- Working closely with Local Department Leads (Frontend, Backend, Quality Assurance) on team members’ performance evaluation and conflict resolutions.
To succeed in this role you should have:
- Higher education in Economics, Information Technology or its acquisition or a longer-term work experience in the Information technology sector, project management, and team lead experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product or Project Management in IT companies.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in your approach and ability to operate independently, and as part of a team.
