As we prepare to open our first studio in Brazil, we’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to play a key role in building the HR foundation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows what it takes to establish HR practices from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to HR expert for our local operations in São Paulo—working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business stakeholders, guiding the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead HR efforts for the launch and growth of the new Brazil studio, helping to build local HR infrastructure and support operations from day one.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to meet business needs.
- Recruit key talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring cultural and role fit for a new market and studio.
- Support local payroll processes and contribute to standard compensation and benefits structures and practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Champion HR initiatives and processes that drive a collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues while advising managers on team dynamics and performance matters.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform business and HR decisions.
- Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, and other employee documentation.
- Organize and maintain accurate personnel records and systems.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
