  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to meet business needs.
  • Recruit key talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring cultural and role fit for a new market and studio.
  • Support local payroll processes and contribute to standard compensation and benefits structures and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Champion HR initiatives and processes that drive a collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues while advising managers on team dynamics and performance matters.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform business and HR decisions.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, and other employee documentation.
  • Organize and maintain accurate personnel records and systems.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.

  • Experience with payroll and compensation & benefits in a local HR role.
  • Background in hospitality, F&B, or factory/plant environments is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of local labor legislation and best HR practices.
  • Experience across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and influence business outcomes.
