What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the entire product lifecycle - from concept to launch and beyond. 

  • Lead a diverse team of devs, artists, animators, mathematicians, and sound designers. 

  • Work across departments, collaborating with marketing, compliance, and sales to make sure games succeed. 

  • Stay ahead of the curve - track player psychology, trends, and competitor moves. 

  • Design games that hook players, keep them engaged, and bring the thrill. 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multiple games are in development. 

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

  • You live and breathe game design, always chasing the next big idea. 

  • A creative risk-taker who loves bringing fresh, bold concepts to life. 

  • You know slots inside out - mechanics, trends, competition - you name it. 

  • A hands-on leader who’s involved in every step of the game-making journey. 

  • A team player who inspires, aligns, and keeps projects running smoothly. 

  • Not afraid to make tough calls - you know when to double down or walk away. 

  • Passionate about creating immersive player experiences that keep them coming back. 

Beneficial Skills: 

  • Solid game production experience within iGaming or Gaming industry. 

  • Proven project- and/or people management skills. 

  • Background in any of these departments - game design, math, 2D art, animation, or coding. 

  • Understanding of mathematical fundamentals of slots.
