We are currently looking for a Junior Human Resources Administrator that will take on a crucial part in supporting the business. The role will have full ownership of daily HR duties and act as first-level support for all HR-related matters. The HR Specialist will report to the local HR Manager and work closely with the local Talent Acquisition team, stakeholders and vendors to ensure a well-organized and reliable HR process flow. This position is entirely office-based.
Main responsibilities:
- Full administrative support in preparation of onboarding, offboarding, employment additional agreements, changes, financial notes and others.
- Collecting data and paperwork related monthly payroll preparation, including referral program bonuses, benefits and others
- Creating and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports:
- Partnering with the TA team to support the Hiring process of new starters
- Support occupational Health & Safety processes and fulfilling H&S books
- Maintaining employee files as well as managing holidays, sickness, and other absences
- Responding to all types of administrative requests from employees
- Assuring the data is accurately maintained in all systems
