Job Description

The Marketing Manager Latin America role will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the Evolution Group brands in Latin America and aligning the efforts with overall marketing, sales and business strategies. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering Marketing projects aimed to support our products and reinforce or establish our position in the local gaming industry, as well as overseeing continual review and optimisation of Marketing processes and deliverables, always aiming to increase the quality of output and ensure that the Evolution Group stands out as the leader in the industry. The role will work closely with the Global Marketing team, as well as the Commercial team in Latin America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute the marketing strategy and delivery for Live Casino and Slots in Latin America, including game asset and product launch plans, as well as product marketing messaging that differentiates our products from others in the market.
  • Communicate and strategize with the LatAm commercial team to develop sales materials that facilitate and enhance the selling process.
  • Be the central point of contact for Commercial LatAm and foster a strong relationship with them to help meet business goals.
  • Provide internal marketing support to sales, product and others through the creation of presentations, emails, content, literature and more.
  • Responsible for the Latin American product marketing assets and ensuring our customers have a full bank of content, while ensuring adherence to Global marketing standards and sign offs.
  • Liaise with our global shoot organisation team and ensuring Latin American tables are included in the shoot schedule with continual review of the results of the shoots.
  • Plan and execute Evolution’s presence at industry events and sponsorships following the guidance of the Marketing Events Manager, and being on the ground at events in Latin America when required.
  • Act as a copywriter for PR, editorial and product marketing materials. Translate and localise game content, product marketing and other sales materials.
  • Adapt and proofread of all types of marketing content to the Latin American market (brochures, product marketing materials etc.).
  • Understand all compliance/regulations related to marketing advertising to be incorporated into the marketing plans.
  • Ensure that all projects remain within budget and create budget proposals for future projects.
  • Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.
  • Market intelligence - be the expert on the competition - how they position their products, the campaigns they are running and their product capabilities and incorporate into Latin American marketing plan.
  • Manage, advise on and deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, foster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies and other partners where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Marketing / Business degree.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Demonstrable creative outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative.
  • Brazilian Portuguese language skills will be advantageous.
