The role typically follows a range of established procedures but has the freedom to prioritize workloads.
- Proficient and experienced with PMO policy & processes, while being required to evaluate the impact of actions and make decisions regarding risk/benefit.
- Manages own work and plans in terms of weeks or months.
- Possesses professional knowledge and expertise; assignments and projects are of limited scope and complexity; makes decisions within specific guidelines.
- Be responsible for change requests in existing studios.
- Be responsible for coordinating and planning the relocation of tables. ·
- Be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates and schedules for the tasks performed when needed.
- Execute projects from initiation to closure ·
- Update and report on projects
- Manage stakeholders
- Support Project Managers with tasks within larger projects. ·
- Assist with internal and external communication.
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
