- Accounting of payroll, employment-related benefits;
- Tax calculations and reporting to relevant authorities;
- Reviewing of timesheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies;
- Initiating and processing payroll timely and ensuring all payroll procedures are in line with governmental laws and policies;
- Consulting colleagues on various payroll-related questions;
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages as part of report preparation;
- Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors.

Qualifications
- Professional accounting experience of a minimum of 1 year;
- Oral and written knowledge of the Lithuanian language and basic proficiency in the English language.
- Loyalty, ability to work in a team;
- Quick orientation, responsibility, diligence;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills;
- Experience with Business Central/Navision application would be considered as an advantage.
