We are hiring: Motion Designer

Job Description

HYBRID TYPE OF WORK (3 days in the office: ul. Przyokopowa 33, Warsaw)

The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations. The employee is responsible for a final design amendment based on stake holders’ comments and gain full approval.

Duties:

  • Work with internal teams to generate proposal and improvement ideas.
  • Present and defend motion design to stakeholders and product management teams.
  • Establish and promote motion design guidelines.
  • Control motion design quality and established guidelines across multiple projects
  • Execute all motion design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Participate in meetings and regular design reviews.
  • Estimate the time required to complete the work.
  • Have a professional approach to costs and deadlines.
  • Complete projects by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications.
  • Brainstorm different ideas to solve motion design related problems.
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
  • Stay current with trends in the design and industry field.
  • Provide quality control over projects.
  • Report to direct manager.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education.
  • 4+ years of experience in the related industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard design and animation best practices.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion curves.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with a demonstrated ability to translate ideas into visually compelling and effective designs.
  • Understanding of design principles, user experience, and interaction design.
  • Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with UI/UX and cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving design requirements and fast-paced project timelines.
  • Understanding of online gaming.
