- Collaborate with all operational teams to achieve required results and meet company targets, adhering to deadlines.
- Inspect a specified number of card boxes daily with precision, identifying errors and defects, and following procedures to replace or remove faulty items. Report any incidents to the manager.
- Prepare card boxes for card change procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure equipment is clean, tidy, and available 24/7, maintaining high standards.
- Gather feedback on equipment performance, and coordinate with managers to take necessary actions, including reporting any equipment-related issues.
- Manage the transport of cards and equipment between storage and gaming floors, monitor stock levels, and organize equipment usage efficiently.
- Monitor climate conditions on gaming floors and in storage to maintain optimal conditions for equipment.
- Provide daily uniform services, including ordering, issuing, replacing, controlling wear and tear, cleaning, and utilization.
- Oversee uniform inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and keep storage areas tidy.
- Work with Evolution Academy and Human Resources to ensure uniforms are available for new hires and collect uniforms from departing employees.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, manage costs, and monitor spending to stay within budget.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, ensuring all tasks align with position qualifications. Provide coverage for colleagues during absences as part of your regular responsibilities.
