The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for leading studio technical operation teams to include Studio Support Specialist, Audio Specialist, and Video Specialist to ensure timely, efficient gaming floor project completions.
Responsibilities
- Manage Technical Operations team, delegate tasks, share information within team and provide the feedback to team;
- Ensure uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment;
- Manage and participate in the studio equipment build process maintenance and repairs, plan resources;
- Keep timelines for projects and delegated tasks;
- Organize and participate in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works;
- Evaluate suppliers and procure equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance;
- Participate in R&D and solution design process;
- Participate in new employees selection and training;
- Prepare and provide required reports, provide needed information to management and other departments;
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.
