We are excited to announce a new opportunity within the FP&A department of the group. This team plays a critical role in consolidating financial data that is used across the organization, as well as conducting high-level financial analysis. The Business Controller taking on this role will support the Senior BC Manager and other BCs by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data used for financial analysis. Additionally, the BC will assist in preparing high-level monthly reports for central management and contribute to various ad-hoc projects related to these tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting Enhancement: Act as a key contributor to the improvement and maintenance of reporting systems at various levels by compiling data, analyzing trends, and investigating discrepancies to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Continuously improve and manage a variety of financial and KPI databases across the organization by collaborating closely with accounting, IT, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams.
- Monthly Reporting Process: Actively contribute to the monthly group reporting process, including participating in month-end close reviews and preparing insightful reports and analyses.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the Business Control team and finance staff to ensure consistency and alignment in reporting practices across the organization.
- Support for Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist with forecasting and budgeting efforts throughout the year and provide support for various ad-hoc projects for Senior Business Control Managers and the Head of Business
