We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to support Operations within our Malta studios.
In this position, you will primarily act as a partner to our Studio Operations function on all areas related to employee lifecycle and act as a proactive communicator, change agent and a thought leader.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the HR initiatives that can drive innovation, employee experiences focused on growth and support business development in a complex and fast changing environment. Main Responsibilities:
- Understand clear people priorities and objectives in partnership with the key business stakeholders that will support the achievement of the operations teams’ objectives.
- Continuously build and strengthen the rapport with Operations Stakeholders and foster a trustworthy relationship.
- Make sure our employee experiences are adapted to match attraction and retention of our entry level workforce.
- Act as a true brand ambassador and be the role model for our culture, values and influencing people agenda with our leaders through facilitation.
- Proactively support the delivery of existing HR Processes to secure sustainable results built on true collaboration with stakeholders.
- Take ownership of & manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally.
- Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders.
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes that supports exceptional employee experiences during employee lifecycle.
- Leads and/or participates in driving innovation and continuous HR process improvement initiatives and/or cross-functional/cross-location special projects across the network.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Responsible for advising the Operations stakeholders on compensation and benefits.
- Proactively identifies actions that support attraction and retention initiatives to match our Gen Z workforce.
