Working with large data, mostly in ATS and Excel, is responsible for collecting all the necessary information, keeping all the data clean and up to date, preparing different reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis, to analyze data, see the trends and make suggestion on improvements and some changes in recruitment processes and priorities.
- Regular and ongoing talent acquisition and recruitment related data collection, analysis, and reporting to the Talent Acquisition team and other interested and authorized parties.
- Responsible for all monthly, weekly, and daily reporting in support of the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with TA lead and HR BP to develop data models for recruitment;
- Based on the needs and data analysis propose the best key performance metrics as per the mass recruitment needs
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the TA team on the most relevant key metrics such as quality of hire, cost per hire, effectiveness, etc.
- Advise actions to improve data quality;
- Review and analyze all the data by sources, identify gaps, and suggest solutions;
- Understand, analyze, and drive improvements for the TA database in ATS and Excel
- Support ATS system administration for upgrades and optimization projects.
