HYBRID TYPE OF WORK (3 days in the office: ul. Przyokopowa 33, Warsaw)
As a Product Delivery Manager (Game Team), reporting to the Live Games Department Lead you will play a key role in shaping the future of our main company products and overseeing all aspects of the product development, delivery, and required governance. You will have a unique possibility to drive success of our award-winning games portfolio.
You will be:
- Defining the scope and effectively planning the teamwork of the biggest game development team, responsible for the most important company games. Be responsible for a team’s productivity, growth, work mood and performance standards.
- Give a birth to a new games / project: from a concept page in Confluence to a go-live stage. Full responsibility for a release, development and maintenance cycle: concept, game design, UI / UX, marketing, Data, studio design, dealer's uniform and so on until a roll-out.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (Data Team, Product Design, Backoffice, Compliance, Technical Operations, Marketing, Architects, etc) to gather and prioritize product requirements and shape-up the product vision and goals.
- Receiving a permanent feedback / requests from a C-lvl management.
- Handling the burning issues occurred with your product or somehow affiliated with it.
- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product vision within the team, facilitating informed decision-making in daily operations.
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that the products cover all functional, compliance, and technical requirements.
- Ensuring that functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail.
- Owning the product roadmap and continuously aligning with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
- Defining long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
- Ensuring that new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance in a B2B / B2C environment.
- Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers on process improvements and contributing to building an efficient development process throughout the organization.
