We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our dynamic team of Human Resources Specialists. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will carry out various administrative duties. Our ideal candidate must have previous experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as 1st Line Support on general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave etc.)
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums and any other employment letters training contracts, and job descriptions
- Assist with registering new comers with the local authorities preparation for personnel administration i.e., various registrations with government entities, residency card application forms for EU national employees , health insurance, termination documents together with other required documents
- Maintenance of employee personal files
- Filing and maintaining archive system
- Preparing and submitting data reports to different stakeholdres.
- Ensuring accuracy of employee data
- Liaising with our internal payroll team to ensure effective payroll processes. Assist in HR Department ad hoc projects.
- Managing Induction Programme (i.e. preparing on boarding packs, delivering presentation etc.)
- Support Talent Acquisiton with reviewing and building work permits packs for third country nationals in order to process applications
- Supporting current third country national employees with renewal of their work permit
- Any other duties as required
