A Taste of what you will be doing:
- Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database and referrals.
- Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
- Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues
- Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent through effective channels (remote job boards, recruitment agencies, personal outreach through LinkedIn, etc.)
- To engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- To be fully responsible in the talent acquisition process, duties including but not limited to, screening of incoming CVs from different sources, setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews, updating the internal systems, advertising of available positions via all pre-defined mediums and liaising with external agencies.
- Keep abreast with best practices in talent acquisition and propose continuous improvements to our processes
- To push forward attraction and talent selection concepts.
