- Manage and maintain the commercial legal team in Europe
- Regular performance reviews of all team members
- Develop progression plan for team members
- Recruitment of replacement and additional members
- Ensure team training external and internal
- Ensure good communication and relations with other departments
- Improve document control for commercial agreements
- Liaise with commercial legal teams overseas to ensure seamless cooperation
- Strategically driving the growth of the commercial legal team by implementing new procedures and new technologies
Drafting of all commercial agreements within the region (quality standards and material changes to be reviewed and approved by the Head of Legal Commercial)
- Implement contract templates and suggest changes to existing formats
- Negotiate and optimize commercial agreements in the relevant region
- Ensure the quality of drafting within the team is on Evolution standards
- Ensure full compliance with Evolutions policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Conducting training with commercial teams on legal and contractual matters
- Ensure commercial relevant information is available for the commercial and financial teams
Ensure efficiency within the Commercial legal team Europe
- Manage expectations of stakeholders
- Establish a clear workflow and accountability for dealing with requests in a timely manner
- Establish system to track turnover and delays to ensure constant improvement
- Ensure relevant information on contract status is available to CLO and other stakeholders

- Assist and collaborate with other regional legal teams to ensure efficiency and consistent standards across Evolution markets.
