- Assist the Senior Accountant on monthly payroll computation and processing for the entity
- Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate reporting of payroll.
- Ensure payroll journal entries and accruals are recorded in the general ledger in a timely manner and are accurate.
- Assist performing monthly payroll and tip reconciliations as part of the month-end close procedures.
- To perform all additional work designated by the Senior Accountant as needed.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
- 3- 5 years of proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in all areas of payroll and payroll processing inclusive of payroll tax.
- Experience in payroll processing for more than 500 employees.
- Initiative and self-driven desire for excellence.
- Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
