Summary of the Position:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for researching, identifying, extracting, presenting the gaming requirements of the Latin and Central America to ensure that all company activities are compliant with regulations and current laws.
Main Responsibilities:
- To identify all the requirements for the gaming industry, in the different Latin and Central America jurisdictions where the Company operates and is pursuing to expand its operations.
- Constantly review different information sources affecting the gaming industry, aiming to stay on top of regulatory changes in Latin and Central America.
- Research gaming regulations and assess the Company’s alignment with the stated requirements and assist in the analysis of e-gaming technical standards.
- Communicate frequently with regulatory authorities for confirmation of regulatory approvals to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and are approved as per jurisdictional standards.
- Elaborate and communicate guidelines to maintain other departments aware of compliance requirements.
- Perform market analysis and help in the preparation of requirements for new license applications and/or renewal of existing licenses.
- Develop project plans and track progress, prepare, and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Understand all the Company’s operating policies and procedures, and make sure they are in line with the regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to Stakeholders regarding different compliance queries.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of different compliance documentation.
- Help with compliance audits, both internal and external.
